A professionally trained chef, her journey has taken her through culinary experiences and studies in Brazil, the United States, Italy, and France, shaping a style that blends European refinement, Brazilian warmth, and a modern approach to pastry.
Her passion for flavors, aesthetics, and thoughtful details became the creative foundation for Cake by CM. From the recipes to the visual identity of each creation, Carla’s vision continues to inspire what the brand represents today: beautiful desserts made to be remembered.

With a background in business, marketing, and events, Diego brought a different perspective to Cake by CM: the belief that an exceptional product deserves an equally exceptional experience.
After years of creating and producing events, he combined his entrepreneurial vision with Carla’s passion for pastry to transform an idea into a brand.
Together, they started Cake by CM in 2019, bringing their Brazilian roots and years of experiences into a concept built around quality, creativity, hospitality, and celebration.
